MFJ-269CPRO by MFJ Enterprises, Inc.

The MFJ-269CPRO is the world’s most popular SWR Analyzer combining many essential circuits in a compact size!

More details

MFJ-269CPRO is similar to MFJ-269C except it has UHF range coverage from 430 to 520 MHz plus an extended commercial-style cabinet for lab work to protect knobs and connectors from damage.

The MFJ-269CPRO is a compact, battery-powered RF impedance analyzer that combines 5 basic circuits:
  1. Variable Frequency Oscillator
  2. Frequency Counter
  3. Frequency Multiplier
  4. 50-ohm RF-Bridge
  5. 12-bit A/D Converter and Microcontroller

Together, these circuits perform a wide variety of useful antenna and RF impedance measurements including coaxial cable loss and electrical distance to an open or short.

  • Built-in frequency counter, Ni-MH/Ni-Cad charger circuit, battery saver, low battery warning and smooth reduction drive tuning
  • Large, easy-to-read, 2-line LCD screen and side-by-side meters display your information clearly
  • Read SWR, return loss and reflection coefficient at any frequency simultaneously
  • Built-in Coax Calculator: calculates coax line length in feet given coax length in electrical degrees and vice versa for any frequency and any velocity factor (great for building matching sections and phasing lines)
  • Read Complex Impedance as series equivalent resistance and reactance (Rs+jXs) or as magnitude (Z) and phase (degrees)
  • Reads parallel equivalent resistance and reactance (Rp+jXp)
  • Determine velocity factor, coax loss in dB, length of coax and distance to short/open in feet
  • Although mainly designed for analyzing 50-ohm antenna and transmission line systems, the MFJ-269CPRO also measures RF impedance from a few ohms to several hundred ohms
  • An easy-to-access user-controlled Zo setting in the Advanced function menus facilitates changing SWR and other SWR functions (i.e. return loss, reflection coefficient, match efficiency, etc) to any normalized impedance value between 5 and 600 ohms
  • The MFJ-269CPRO also functions as a non-precision signal source and frequency counter
  • Operating frequency extends from .53 to 230 MHz in 9 overlapping bands with extended SWR measurement from 430 to 520 MHz

Size: 4” x 2” x 6.75” (W x D x H).

Weight: 800 g / 1.76 lbs.

Require 10 AA-size batteries for portable operation (not included).
